It works better than expected and it was very easy to install, it only took me an hour and a half
Only had installed for one week at time of writing but so far very satisfied - The unit has completely modernised my Crown. Carplay connects immediately upon startup and works great. Importantly it has maintained the usual car functionality and steering controls - screen even changes to night mode automatically when headlights come on. Phone call quality perhaps could be a little crisper but certainly serviceable - that’s only a small gripe with what is overall an excellent system. Thank you Crown Focus
So easy to install, and works the way it is supposed to. One thing I would add to the package is an FM booster.
It's really a game changer in terms of balancing the old aesthetic with updated technology.
Shipping was quick, took only like 1-2 business days to arrive. There is installation points near me, but I installed it myself and it was fairly easy, just takes some time and effort. The device works like how it demonstrated, everything is straightforward. Device does lag sometimes, but not often and is definitely in an acceptable range, inspite that the infotainment system is a 2013 product. Great product and would definitely recommend it to any crown owners.
